Orders:
Orders are processed Monday through Friday during our normal business hours and are usually processed with in one business day. If you order an item in the evening, the order will likely not ship until the following afternoon. No orders are shipped on Saturday or Sunday. Please note this regarding expedited shipping requests.
Returns:
If you are not satisfied with an item you purchase through BAP! please feel free to contact us and we will do all we can to make things right. New, unused items with tags attached can be sent to 735 Oak Street Steamboat Springs, Colorado 80477. Make sure to include a copy of your invoice or receipt and your contact information so we can issue you a credit. Shipping charges for standard returns is not refundable. Please note, we do ask that Big Agnes DEMO gear be considered a final sale. DEMO gear can be returned only if the item is received damaged. If parts are missing or in disrepair, contact us immediately and we will get the matter taken care of. Security
All of your order information, including contact details and credit card numbers, is protected from prying eyes during the order process. Your order is stored on the web server, outside of the live web directory, until BAP downloads it to a local system for processing.
Your credit card is not processed in real time on the internet. BAP does not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped. If there are problems with your order or your credit card validity, BAP will contact you regarding the problem.
